Our wedding childcare services are available for children aged 2–14. For the little ones still in diapers, we’re happy to welcome them — parents just need to step in for diaper changes when needed.

We provide plenty of fun — but no food. For safety reasons, we don’t offer meals or assist with eating. We kindly ask parents to plan accordingly for any dietary needs during the celebration.

Yes! If everyone’s having a great time, we’re often happy to stay a little longer. Many wedding couples tell us their guests loved it so much, they asked for “just one more game.” Let us know during booking or the day of — we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

We typically need 45–60 minutes before and after the service to set up and take down. There’s no extra charge — it’s all included in the price. We also love collaborating with venues and planners to make setup seamless and smooth.

Yes, if the venue setup allows safe and easy access. We will discreetly accompany children who need assistance and always follow your venue’s safety procedures.

Upon check-in, each child will receive a name tag. Parents receive a matching stub and provide a contact number. Check-in and check-out can happen as often as needed — it’s flexible, safe, and fun! Kids are welcome to pop in and out during the event — no pressure at all.

Yes — your guests are in great hands! We’re certified in First Aid and CPR, fully background-checked, and insured for professional wedding childcare services in Florida.

Only our team members are permitted in the children’s area. All of us are background-checked and trained for safety. Parents are welcome to check in or out their child as often as they’d like — but we keep the play zone kid-only for everyone’s security.

We welcome children of all needs and abilities! That said, our wedding childcare experience is best suited for kids who are comfortable in group settings. If a child has high support needs, we ask to discuss it in advance to ensure we can offer them the best care possible.

We include travel within Santa Rosa and Escambia County, Florida at no additional cost. For weddings outside these counties, a travel fee will apply. We’ll always clarify this in advance.
